So I wanted to trade GC with a player and i withdrew 4gc from my wallet, but then the redeem code wouldnt work and it would show cant contact tebex. Pls check it.

try contact creating a ticket from discord

If you get a message that is along the lines of; "Failed to redeem..." - This means that tebex is down. We have no influence on tebex and need to wait ourselves before it is back up. As mentioned above by Bjack (ty), you're always welcome to make a ticket on our discord and ask what's up. If you're unsure whether or not your GC code is valid, you can check it via the giftcard balance checker on our store website.

It sounds like you withdrew the 4 GC (Game Currency) from your in-game wallet, but then the redeem code generated by the system failed because it couldn't connect to the Tebex payment/checkout platform.
