Glitched Pickaxe

Hey, my pickaxe was glitched yesterday. I can't get it back for some reason. It had Efficiency 30, Excavatory 19, Scavenged Shards 5, Wise 5, an unknown level of unbreaking, Lucky mining 10, Fortune 20, and all the effects were maxed. The pickaxe name was Guider tool, but i dont know if I dropped it or if it was glitched. Pls help
