Loot not dropping on factions

I have a cactus farm set up as well as multiple spawners but nothing seems to be growing or dropping when i kill them. Someone said I might have loot drops off but I have no ides how to change that.

You probably have a chunk collector taking all the stuff! Its a lime green shulker box.
