I spent hours searching through the MC Complex forums and Discord for a fix but could not find a single helpful thread anywhere. In the end I had to figure out a solution myself and I wanted to share it. Since the payments failed but the money left your bank it is likely that the transactions are just stuck in a pending state and will eventually bounce back. However to speed things up you should immediately open a support ticket in the MC Complex Discord in the support channel because the admins can manually check the Tebex logs to see those failed attempts. I also found that using a different browser or clearing your cache before trying again often prevents the gateway from timing out and charging you without sending the code. Hope this helps
