1. Once you create the sign, the chest shop menu should look like this:

The sign will automatically register you as the owner, and only you will be allowed to edit the contents and prices from here on.

2. Left click to set a buying price for the item // Right click to set a selling price for the item. Place the item(s) you wish to sell or buy inside the chest, right click on the sign for the menu for the gui to pop up as shown below.

3. Once you select whether you wish to buy or sell, type in the price you wish to set ➔ and then click the paper to move on to the next menu.

Ex: sell or buy for $100 and then click the paper


4. The next menu will ask how many items you wish to buy/sell at your set price. Type in how many items you would like to set it as and then click the paper to confirm.

Ex: $100 for 1 stick


Your chest shop is now complete! Other players will now be able to access your shop to buy or sell items that are set up by you.

Please ensure to restock, or remove items as necessary so your chest does not get overfilled or empty. Breaking the sign will delete the shop attached to the chest.

There is a possibility for your chestshop to bulkbuy/sell multiple items in a chest. This is great for setting up chestshops for tomb armor for example. Left click to set a price for buying sets of items.
Right click to set a price for selling sets of items.


At the top right of the chestshop GUI you will see a comperator. This comperator brings you to the chestshop settings. Below an explanation of what they do.

• Red Dye - Out of stock Items - Shows whether or not items that are out of stock are visible in your chestshop.​
• Hopper - Hopper Settings - Controls if hoppers can transfer items in and out of a chest from your chestshop.​
• Grey Dye - Entity display - Change the look of you chestshop with customazible entity displays! Look below for more information.​
• Apple - Discounts - Run a sale for specific items or the entire chestshop.​

Here you can view your transaction history, summaries and more. These statistics can be daily, weekly or monthly. They can also be filtered per item for you to get a grasp of the numbers and change your buy/sell strategy based on this knowledge. Time to turn yourself into the entrepreneur you always wanted to be!


Chest shop Mastery can reward you cosmetic chests shop entities, enabled in the shop settings (grey dye). Unique chestshop buyers/sellers and the amount of items sold contribute to your chestshop mastery.


Below a list of all entities and how to aqcuire them. Some entities have special capabilities. For instance the entitiy can be a baby, can wear certain armor, can glow, be a different type of said entitiy, ... Lots of fun choices!
