How to Get Staff Team Support The following post will contain information on support functions from the Vanilla Staff Team.
Please note, you will need to join our Discord Server and create a ticket in the Server Support Category in order to speak with Staff members directly! Discord and Forum messages are not considered primary methods of communication!

For returning players, we welcome you back onto the network! Many things may have changed since you were last here.
If you are missing items since you were last online, the server may have reset and your items were deleted.
Take a look at our Announcements Channel on the Discord for further information.
If you are unsure or cannot locate information, please make a ticket on the Discord!
Ban & Mute Appeals If you are attempting to dispute or appeal your ban/mute, please head over to the following areas below. Note: The staff team will not handle your ban or mute appeals if you make a ticket on the Discord.
An official Appeal in the correct section must be made!
If you are inquiring about why you received a punishment, select the Punishment Inquiry dropdown option in the Discord support channel.
Please don't open a ticket to argue about your punishment.
Store Related Questions For all store and purchase related inquiries for the Vanilla section, please refer to the Store Support guide.
Player & Staff Reports If you wish to report a player or staff member on the network, please select the following options at the bottom.
You may also create the correlating ticket option on our Discord server as well!
Allowed Modifications Questions If you are unsure whether or not a mod you are currently using or thinking of using is allowed,
please take a look at the Allowed Modifications List.
If the guide is unclear regarding a specific kind of modification, please open a support ticket on Discord.
All Other Questions For any other inquiries, questions, or concerns, please make a ticket on our Discord Server using the corelating ticket dropdown option!
