Banned for Excessive Griefing… So to tell you my side of the story: I was literally just idling AFK in base, especially after doing a trade earlier. Somehow I’m now getting blamed for something I had absolutely nothing to do with. I’m honestly disappointed by the complete lack of communication or explanation.

I filed an appeal because that’s what you’re supposed to do, but all I’m told is that they “have evidence.” I don’t understand how, when I was AFK. It feels helpless and deeply unfair to be punished without being heard. What would you do in my situation?

I would report the staff, they should REALLY check on the evidence instead of just looking at it and say '' This is real. '' i think they should care for the players and not only for their job.

All i know is that ImmortalEagle42 was the one who banned me but what about the ban appeal why is there not even a chance to explain to a human being face to face...but no i get a automatet bot msg for appeal denied...what is this system...

NEED SOMEONE TO LOOK AT MY ban APEAL I SPENT 25 bucks on your server and didnt get anythinga and have been ignored when asking for help it dosnt help that i was banned from the discord over a year ago so i cant make a ticket

If you still need assistance, i'd recommend you make a ticket within the Discord Server, as you will get quicker and more efficient support there.
