The default shiny rate in Cobblemon is 1 in 8,192. Servers and modpacks can change it in their config, so the odds can be different from one place to another. On Complex Cobblemon, the base rate is the default 1 in 8,192, which makes every shiny a real find, and shiny boosters let you improve your chances.

How to boost your shiny odds on Complex Cobblemon​

Complex Cobblemon has shiny boosters that raise your shiny odds. You earn them as rewards for completing:

• The Battle Tower
• Gyms
• Dungeons
• Crates

• Wild spawns: every wild Pokemon has a shiny chance, and shiny boosters raise it.
• Crates: shinies can come from crates.
• Dungeons: clear Dungeons for a chance at shiny rewards.
• Battle Tower: climb the Battle Tower for shiny rewards.
• Hunts: complete hunts with /hunt.
• Bingo: fill your /bingo board.
• Trading: buy shinies from other players on the Global Trade Station (/gts) or trade with /trade.
