Coins, Gems, the PokeMart, the Auction House and the GTS on Complex Cobblemon and Pixelmon
Short answer: The Cobblemon economy on Complex is player-driven, so players set the price of most items and Pokemon. Coins are the main currency, and you buy and sell through the PokeMart (/shop), the Auction House (/ah) and the Global Trade Station (/gts). Gems are the premium currency, and Dungeon Coins and Omega+ Credits have their own uses. It works the same on Complex Cobblemon (cobblemon.mc-complex.com) and Complex Pixelmon (pixel.mc-complex.com), with Battle Points only on Pixelmon.Coins, Gems, the PokeMart, the Auction House and the GTS on Complex Cobblemon and Pixelmon

How the Cobblemon economy works
Both Complex Cobblemon and Complex Pixelmon have a player-driven economy. Players decide what items and Pokemon are worth. You start with 5,000 coins, and you earn more by playing. See How to Make Money in Cobblemon for every way to earn.Where to buy and sell

How to use the GTS in Cobblemon
- Type /gts to browse listings or list your own Pokemon and items.
- Listings last from 30 minutes to 5 days, depending on the time the seller picks.
- You can have 5 listings at once. You can buy extra slots, up to 10 on Cobblemon and 15 on Pixelmon.
- Price your listing in Coins or Gems.
⚠️ Watch out: On Cobblemon, Pokemon you receive from a trade, the GTS or the Auction House get a 12-hour trade cooldown before you can trade them again.
How to use the Auction House
- Type /ah to see the current auction and bid.
- Start your own auction with /ah create.
- See what is coming up next with /ah queue.
- On Cobblemon, the server also runs weekly auctions paid in Gems.

Sending money to other players
- /pay <player> <amount> sends Coins only. Gems, Dungeon Coins and Omega+ Credits can't be sent with /pay.
- To trade Gems with a player, use /trade.
- A confirm screen appears when you pay a player with less than 24 hours of playtime, pay 10,000,000 coins or more, or pay an offline player.
- Check your recent payments with /bal history. It keeps 30 days.
How to price items
Prices are set by players, so it can be hard to know what something is worth at first.- Join our Discord server.
- Go to #role-claiming and pick your server role. This unlocks the GTS channels.
- Use Discord search (Ctrl + F) to look up the item or Pokemon and see what it sold for before.
Borrowing and lending
⚠️ Watch out: Some players borrow or lend valuable items or Pokemon for money. This is allowed, but it is fully at your own risk. Only borrow from or lend to players you know and trust.

The GTS (Global Trade Station) is the main marketplace on Complex Cobblemon and Pixelmon. Type /gts to buy and sell Pokemon and valuable items for Coins or Gems.

No. /pay only sends Coins. To trade Gems, use /trade, the GTS or the Auction House.
