- You get 1 job slot. The PokeMaster Dex Rank gives you a second one.
- Example, the Trainer job on Cobblemon: +5,500 coins for a Hidden Ability catch, +10,000 for a shiny, +20,000 for a legendary or Ultra Beast, and +1,000 for each IV% above 80%.
Contracts

Races and Present Hunts
- Races (/races): Parkour and Elytra races pay Coins on Pixelmon and unique Tags on Cobblemon. On Cobblemon, Flash Races also pay Coins: 5,000 for 1st, 4,000 for 2nd, 3,000 for 3rd, 2,000 for 4th and 5th, and 500 for taking part.
- Present Hunts (/presenthunt): each present you find pays coins (200 on Cobblemon). Find every present in an area for extra rewards.

How to earn Gems
Gems are the premium currency, so they are harder to get. You can buy them on the Complex Store, or earn them in game:- Giveaways: join our Discord for a chance to win Gems and other rewards.
- Leaderboards (/leaderboard): climb the weekly leaderboards. On Cobblemon, the top 18 each week win Gems, from 50 for 1st down to 1.
- Ranked (/ranked, Cobblemon only): battle other players and earn rewards when the season ends.
- Research (/research, Cobblemon only): the top three in the weekly Research win 10, 8 and 5 Gems.
- Tournaments (/tournament): daily automated tournaments, plus the bigger monthly Server-Wide Tournament.
- Trading: trade items or Pokemon for Gems, or sell on the /gts and /ah.
