Illegal Client Modifications

I just got banned for 3 days which means I can't appeal it.
I said "I velcro my mouse down so it can't move incase I fall asleep or sneeze or something" no where did I say I velcro the mouse button down so I can afk mine. Every conversation I have had with a mod has been to the effect of "You Have to be physically holding the mouse button down, you can't run a script or anything else that allows the mouse button to be held down while you are not physically present." I was holding the button down so where did I go wrong here?

Is this an illegal client mod if I am holding the mouse button and not having something hold the mouse button for me?

No it is not as it is not being held by something else i also just got banned for something like that
