Minecraft 1.16 Update on Tuesday 23rd June !! ,. Will the server update ?

so the latest news is that the nether update is coming on tuesday ,.
and i have some questions with this change ,. does the server reset on tuesday for vanilla,. ?
we all start from scratch ? if not what can we keep ??
does the world transfer over ?

if it is a fresh start,. does it begin tuesday or will the change happen at a later date ??
do we get to keep any cash so isit worth selling off some stock now before the change ??
