Network Error - Connecting to server

I don't have any issues connecting to any other server, except for Complex as of this morning

I get the following error every time. I've reset my computer and it isn't working. I can log in to any other server just fine. any advice?




Using IP hub.mc-complex.com
I've even changed it to prison.mc-complex.com, still didn't work.

Sometimes it's as simple as a server reboot, sometimes we may need to move your spawn-in location to /spawn, either way if either of you still need help (because I know these posts are old-ish, please make a support ticket on our discord, and we'll help you as soon as we can. (A lot quicker than we'd be able to from a forum post)
