New player struggling with clue scrolls

Well i havent played this server for long but i have problems with one scroll. It says to type a sentence, but when i type it in chat it does nothnig. and i have no idea how to complete it.

You will have to have the scroll in your hotbar when you type the message.

Try checking the coordinates or asking other players in chat many people on the server are happy to help.
