Point of appealing?

I got banned for duping, not saying I wasn't at fault and it's been months now so I tried to appeal bur got denied. Meanwhile I've seem in the discord people haven't been permanently banned for the same offence and I'm wondering on what the bias is?

I can assure you that if we can prove someone is duping they would be punished in a similar matter as you. In other words, there is no bias. What you see on Discord is likely the result of speculation or situations not particularly similar to yours. As for your concerns with appealing, you may appeal every 30 days if you wish to dispute your punishment.
