It is against the rules to speak foreign languages in public chat due to moderation concerns, as we need to be able to understand all message contents sent on the server publicly to prevent unsavory behavior. You are free to speak your native language with those that understand freely in /msg 
You will receive a verbal warning in chat before a mute is applied, so please keep an eye on the chat for a staff member to state that. All staff members have a colored chat to highlight their presence.

In most cases, these mutes expire quickly. You are able to check the remainder of your mute by attempting to chat. Although this is against the rules, for future references were you believe you were unfairly muted by a member of staff, you are able to appeal your mute here
