The server helper Triggerrr needs to be promoted to mod or higher

Triggerrr is a helper on the complex factions server, and I think he should be promoted. Triggerrr is very helpful with quick responses especially towards newer players (unlike some mods **kux) if you guys don't promote my boy Triggerrr something must be wrong with this server.
